Delivery Options and Definitions
Customer Pick-Up- No Charge
We do allow our customers to pick up their purchased items from our warehouse. Please let us know when you will be arriving. We will help you load your purchase. The customer is responsible to supply adequate means of transportation. The customer is also responsible for securing their purchase. Please bring rope, bungee cords or tie downs to secure your merchandise. Atlantic will not be responsible for any damages that incur during assembly or shipping.
1.Curbside Delivery: Drop Off
Our delivery team will bring your merchandise to the front or driveway of your home. The customer will then take responsibility of getting their items into their home. Atlantic will not be responsible for any damages that incur during handling there after or assembly.
Inside Drop Delivery-First Floor Only :
A skilled delivery team will bring the boxes(s) inside your home and place them in a room of your choice. It will be the customer’s responsibility to unpack and assemble their merchandise.
- Appointment Scheduling: Our sales associates will call you to arrange a date and you will receive a 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives in our warehouse.

All-Inclusive Delivery & Assembly
Our easiest, no-sweat method, All-Inclusive Delivery takes your merchandise from delivery to assembly. A delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice. Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.** Additional rooms sets ups fees may apply to your order. Please call us for a quote 321-428-4856
Please notify us if you have stairs, elevators or other delivery obstacles that we need to be aware of. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear the area. It is also the customers responsibility to determine if their purchased item will fit through doorways, steps, alleys, elevators and hallways. It is the customer’s responsibility to divulge delivery obstructions out of the normal realm of a typical delivery. Addition fee’s will apply.
Out of the Area Shipping Charges:
We can provide you with a quote from third party carriers such as Freighters, Fedx, UPS, if you wish to obtain one. Please call or email us with your full delivery address and the items you wish to purchase. Your order will remain open until you have discussed shipping with a sales associate and you have authorized any freight expense.
All items are available for local pickup at our warehouse if you wish to pick up yourself or hire out your own shipping company. All prices do not reflect shipping or taxes as that is calculated at time of purchase.
Our Sales Agent will determine availability, stock status, lead times on production items, and any back/order issues as well as provide a delivery quote to your area if you are wanting the items delivered. We will contact you by email or phone if you prefer to update you on your order.
Purchase price does not include delivery and all sales are subject to sales tax.
We currently provide shipping of the larger bulky items such as sofas, recliners, sectionals, dining tables etc. using our Atlantic Trucks, but only in our local market here on the Space Coast which is a 40 mile radius of our store.
- Atlantic inspects all items when they arrive in our warehouse, before releasing.
